That costs €0 per month plus 5% per donation. With Pro (€40 per month) you can also place the form on your own website as a pop-up or embed.

What is WeGlow Donate?

WeGlow Donate is a hosted donation page with a payment form, in your own logo and colours, on a WeGlow link you can share straight away. Donors choose an amount, give once or monthly and see your organisation from start to finish.

You do not need a developer. You set everything up in your organisation's dashboard.

How do you set up a donation page?

In your dashboard you set your branding, choose your amounts, switch on monthly gifts, connect a payment provider and share the link. The order below is a suggestion, not a requirement.

  1. Set your logo and colours. The page applies that style automatically.
  2. Choose your amounts and add what each one does, such as "€25: a warm meal". Do not make promises you cannot keep.
  3. Offer monthly gifts, with their own amounts and descriptions.
  4. Connect your payment provider and publish the page.
  5. Share the link by email, on social media or on your website.

How does a donor give?

The form has three steps: amount, personal details and overview. First name and email address are required. Last name and a message are optional, and donors can give anonymously. The page also works on a phone.

If a donor wants a tax benefit, the form asks for the necessary tax details, adapted to the rules of your country. Donors can also cover the 5% platform fee, so the full amount of their gift reaches your organisation. Donors who give monthly and have a WeGlow account can change, pause or stop their gift themselves.

Which payment methods are available?

Payments run through a payment provider. WeGlow works with Mollie, Pay.nl, Payconiq and Stripe, among others. The range of payment methods is that of the provider you connect.

For comparison: Mollie lists 35+ payment methods on its site, Pay.nl more than 50 and Stripe more than 125. Which of them donors see on your form depends on your provider and your settings.

The hosted donation page is part of the free plan: €0 per month, plus 5% per donation that your donor can cover. Pop-up and embedded forms belong to Pro: €40 per month or €400 per year, excluding VAT.

What does WeGlow Donate not do?

WeGlow Donate does not give tax advice and does not promise results. The form collects the details, but whether a gift is tax deductible depends on your country and on your organisation.

In Belgium, for example, gifts made since 1 January 2025 qualify for a 30% tax reduction from at least €40 per year and per institution, according to the Belgian Federal Public Service Finance. Pop-up and embedded forms are not part of the free plan, only of Pro.
